The features include:
Draft Purchases
• Create draft purchases by adding items, selecting a supplier and selecting a project to store the purchase against.
• View a list of all created draft purchase.
• Edit, Delete or Finalise each draft purchase.
Finalised Purchases
• View a list of all purchases ready to be completed.
• Cancel the purchase or view it's items.
• Mark each item as received, paid for or cancelled to complete the purchase.
Project List
• View a list of your companies projects, including the name, code, start date and end date of each project.
